2027 Voices of the Future Fellowship Applications Open

Applications are open for the 2027 Voices of the Future Fellowship, a fully funded eight-month programme giving final-year tertiary students the opportunity to gain marketing experience, receive industry mentorship and attend Cannes Lions.

Run by the Effie LIONS Foundation, the global fellowship is designed to help emerging marketing talent develop practical skills, build industry connections and prepare for their careers.

What does the fellowship include?

Running from February to September 2027, the programme combines virtual learning, mentorship and practical industry experience.

Cannes Lions: Attend the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in France from 21–25 June 2027.

Practical experience: Work on a real-world marketing challenge and develop skills to support your career.
Global connections: Connect with fellow students and marketing professionals from around the world.

The fellowship includes approximately four hours of virtual programme activities each week, regular check-ins and at least four mentor meetings. Additional time is required for the marketing challenge and participation at Cannes Lions.
