The role of the Board

Our Board is comprised of member agency leaders who provide governance to the CEO and Comms Council team. Attending a minimum of six board meetings a year, Board members also contribute their time to assisting the Comms Council team on strategic priorities, driving support for the organisation across member agencies.

 

Board seats are appointed through annual elections, usually held in August of each year.

Board meetings

The Board meets formally six times a year. Additional interim meetings are called as required. All meetings are chaired by the President.
