The role of the Board
Our Board is comprised of member agency leaders who provide governance to the CEO and Comms Council team.
Attending a minimum of six board meetings a year, Board members also contribute their time to assisting the Comms Council team on strategic priorities, driving support for the organisation across member agencies.
Board seats are appointed through annual elections, usually held in August of each year.

Board meetings
The Board meets formally six times a year, with additional Interim Board Meetings as required. Board meetings are chaired by the President.
The Board welcomes guest attendees at Board meetings. If you would like to attend a meeting to get an insight into the structure and nature of discussions, please contact Simon Lendrum.
Minutes are captured at each board meeting and are available for review by Member Agency principals. If you would like to see board minutes for a specific board meeting, please contact the CEO.
