Judging for the first time can be intimidating. The First Five Rungs Shadow Judging programme provides young professionals, in the first five years of their career, an opportunity to participate in the judging process, without the pressure.

Places are limited, and will be allocated based on level of experience and current role. It's a fantastic opportunity to gain an understanding of the rigour of Effie judging in a safe environment.
