Andrew has three years of experience researching and designing digital solutions and integrated campaigns as a UX/UI Designer.

Andrew was a part of the In Our Hands campaign for the Ministry of Social New Zealand, helping Kiwi’s better understand the signs of an abusive relationship.

Outside of work, Andrew is passionate about art, currently working on a series of Paintings. Feel free to reach out to Andrew if you want to chat about working as a creative or just settling into agency life!

Lily Tootill | Business Manager | The Monkeys

Lily has two years experience in Media and is now embarking on a Creative side learning journey. Lily is passionate about the advertising industry and is looking forward to putting her media background to good use, creative side.

Leo Shum | Digital Executive | Dentsu

Leo has worked in the media industry for 1.5 years at dentsu Aotearoa. As a media enthusiast, he’s passionate about using technology to better connect with consumers and the integration of online and offline.

Leo is part of Woolworths rebranding journey from the get-go, helping the brand transition into a new exciting era!
Outside of work, Leo enjoys baking and trying new baking recipes, going on long nature walks with his dog, Benji, having coffee catch-up with his friends and spending time in the water when he can.

Tayler Gover | Business Manager | Dentsu

3 years experience within media planning and buying. As a media planner and buyer, Tayler is passionate about how to bring creatives to life through bold and fun media campaigns.

Tayler was part of NZDF’s recruitment rebrand in 2023 - Codewords which took home a Beacon award for best use of insight and social marketing/public service.
Outside of media, Tayler loves to go for a walk, hunt down new eateries to try, head home to the sunny Tauranga or catch up on all the latest releases on Netflix. Feel free to reach out to Tayler to talk about anything media, agency-land or for the scoop on all the latest new shows on TV.

Ben Kidd | Junior Art Director | DDB

Ben has 2 years of experience bringing creative campaigns to life at DDB Aotearoa. He enjoys the creative process, crafting great ideas and driving culture within the creative department.

Ben created the Freya's “Variety is good” campaign, helping Kiwi spice up their bread life one loaf at a time.
Outside of work he enjoys going to the gym, catching up with his mates or heading to the thrift store for some one off finds.

Hanna Stanford | Senior Account Manager | Tracta

Hanna has 4 years of marketing experience project managing and planning advertising campaigns. Hanna is the glue holding together the creative and media teams to ensure her clients get the most out of their marketing budget.

One of Hanna’s favourite projects is the annual social media campaign for First Fresh NZ, helping to boost sales of the seasonal superfruit Persimmons.

Outside of the office, Hanna enjoys being outside in the fresh air on long dog walks, going to pilates and surrounding herself with friends and family. Feel free to reach out to Hanna for client service advice or just for a chat!
