About the course


A leadership role can often be thrust upon an individual without much warning and preparation. This can be an overwhelming time in a person’s career and not everyone automatically has the skills to become a “good boss”.

This course is designed to provide young leaders with the fundamentals of how to set up, mentor and effectively and efficiently run a team.

Led by the award winning training specialist, Paul Burns, this course is designed to provide delegates with a clearer sense of their own leadership style as well as a greater confidence to lead and manage a team.
