This course is relevant for anyone who comes in to contact with an agency’s financial process.
At a junior level it offers a grounding in agency finances and will make sense of why we request estimates, raise PO’s, and review and approve JCR’s.
At a more senior level it provides the essential skills required to demonstrate financial competency to earn the trust of your colleagues and clients.
Following presentations on financial terminology, financial formulas and pricing models, you will then become an agency CFO and be given a number of scenarios to work through requiring you to deliver the best financial outcomes for your agency.
You will require a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its formulas. You’ll be supplied with templates and work as teams, presenting your workings and outcomes to the group.
