We hope to conduct a full industry Census survey in 2023. This will enable us to monitor progress in our efforts towards greater diversity in our industry and enable us to identify how staff across the industry are feeling.
We will use the outcomes of this survey to prioritise our efforts, particularly in relation to Inclusion.
