The 2026 Foundations of Advertising & Media cohort has graduated, completing three intensive days of learning before bringing it all together for their final presentations.
Across the programme, our early-career practitioners learnt everything from industry fundamentals and organisational structures through to client relationship management, brand theory and creative brief development – building a solid foundation that goes beyond their immediate agency context.
Practical exercises, case studies and agency visits gave participants real industry perspective, allowing them to explore how creative and media agencies operate while deepening their understanding of the client perspective.
Two weeks later, the cohort returned for the Final Presentation Night, where they had the opportunity to put what they had learnt into practice.
The evening was a culmination of the course, showcasing not just what participants had learnt, but how they are ready to apply those learnings within their agencies.
Congratulations to the entire 2026 cohort on the hard work, collaboration and energy they brought to the programme.
We’d like to extend a huge thank you to AUT for being our course partner, and to Dan Fastnedge, Advertising and Brand Creativity Lecturer at AUT, for facilitating and helping us deliver the course.
We’d also like to thank all of the industry experts who gave their time to present across the three days. Their contribution helps make Foundations such a valuable experience for participants.
We’re excited to see what the 2026 cohort does next.
